après plusieurs jours(7-10) de recherche sur le web j'ai résolu mon problème de synchronisation de mon Nokia C7 avec Nokia Suite(3.8.54) grâce à la solution indiquée :
- Change the mode in the phone menuSettings > Connectivity > USB. This will let you copy files between the phone and Windows 10. You cannot, however, sync the data to Nokia Suite.
Pour les Franco-Français:(traduit via Google Chrome, Google Traduction (trouvé en cliquant sur le pictogramme:(GmailImages) carré 3*3'=accès aux applications chez Android)
sur le Nokia C7:
Changer le mode dans le menu 'Paramètres(Réglages') du téléphone>'Connectivité'> 'USB: 'cliquer sur 'Trans.multim.'=Active(s’affiche en dessous) et sous 'Stockage masse' plus rien d'affiché
Maintenant le Nokia C7 lors de sa connexion à votre PC via son câble USB lance 'Nokia Suite:3.8.54(version à jour à la date du 10/10/2015) et s'affiche sur le premier Ecran(cliquer sur icone la plus à gauche)
mais impossible de le synchroniser car il vous invite à:

'Veuillez remplacer le mode USB de votre appareil Nokia par le mode Nokia Suite(ou Nokia Ovi Suite ou encore PC Suite)'
si on clique sur 'OK' le Nokia C7 n'est plus connu de 'Nokia Suite'
mais je peux accéder aux photos du Nokia C7
